Speed up your document reviewing with track changes. Record, review, accept and reject changes within EditLive!. Collaborate through EditLive! with track changes far faster than verbally, via e-mail or visual-only document comparisons. This feature goes beyond comparing document versions. Users can now accept or reject discrete changes within a document instead of being forced to choose between various versions of a document.

Track Changes is only available in EditLive! for IBM WCM Enterprise.

Time savers

  • Accept or reject individual or multiple changes within each document
  • See who made the change and when
  • Work with the final version without the tracking markup , while changes are recorded in the background

How are changes shown?

  • Deleted text is struck through
