Repository Integration for Images and Links
Adding images and links to content is made simple with EditLive! for IWWCM. Integrated repository browsing means that users can browse the IWWCM repository directly from EditLive! for images to insert and documents to link to. Users can also upload required image resources from their local file system for checking into IWWCM. All links and images are managed in to ensure that they cannot be deleted if linked to or contained in other documents.
Centrally Controlled Styles
EditLive! makes it easy to use and enforce site styling. EditLive! effectively hides the complexities of style sheets from contributors, presenting available styles through a WYSIWYG styles drop down. The seamless integration between EditLive! and IWWCM retrieves the styles from the IWWCM Authoring Template and automatically makes them available in EditLive! for users.
Role based customization
Customize and control the interface of EditLive! based on the users IWWCM and Portal roles. Add or remove any menus, toolbar buttons, styles and more through a simple configuration interface. For more details see the Customize functionality information.
Track Changes in IWWCM Workflow
Enable contributors to collaborate effectively while reviewing draft content. Use the Track Changes functionality of the EditLive! Productivity Pack with your EditLive! for IWWCM deployment with IWWCM workflows or as an ad-hoc workflow process. Contributors can browse, view, review, accept and reject changes in the document just like they can in Word.
