EditLive! for IBM Lotus Web Content Management licenses are priced on an IBM Processor Value Unit (PVU) basis and enable an unlimited number of authors. The number of PVU's licensed must match the number of PVU entitlements the customer owns for IBM LWCM. Annual Upgrade Subscription and Support costs 25% of the license fee and is required for the first year.

• EditLive! for IBM LWCM Enterprise Edition
  $70 per PVU. This version runs on all supported versions of IBM LWCM from 5.1.0.1 onwards.
• EditLive! for IBM LWCM Professional Edition
  New licenses are no longer available for sale.  Existing customers will continue to receive support from Ephox while Annual Upgrade Subscription and Support subscriptions are current.  Customers who wish to purchase new or incremental licenses of EditLive! for IBM LWCM must purchase the Enterprise Edition or upgrade their instances of LWCM to the latest build of version 6.1 which will support the OEM edition of EditLive!.

Can you license the OEM edition on non-production servers and the Enterprise Edition on the prod servers

No. Customers are required to license the same software on production and non production servers. This is consistent with IBM’s policy that the same software needs to be licensed on all servers.
