UsabilityStyles

Create high quality content with CSS.

A better approach to formatting is to use styles.  EditLive! supports Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) standards which help to create great quality web content.  EditLive! is designed to let administrators implement centrally controlled style sheets of unlimited complexity.  However users will find these easy to use through the WYSIWYG styles drop downs available on EditLive!'s toolbar.  We have improved our style support to include non-text styles such as tables and lists and to be completely context sensitive.

Formatting

Formatting is important but it can waste a lot of time.  EditLive! provides true WYSIWYG styles in the main drop down menu and the right click context menu so that editors can see what they will get instantly.  EditLive! formatting options are extensive and include text color, font, heading style, paragraph style, super and sub scripts, strike through, highlight, indentation and paragraph alignment.

Lists

EditLive! also has the widest range of bulleted and numbered list editing capabilities. For example you can indent lists with the tab key or change the starting value of numbered lists.
