EditLive! offers true drag-and-drop image insertion.  Users can insert images from their local file system or a server-side repository.  In addition EditLive! can automatically save a copy of a local image to the server-side image repository and update the image URL references at the same time - a real time saver.

Insert video and audio files

Users can browse for media files on their local machine or a repository.  The following rich media types are supported by default.

  • Audio - WAV, MP3, AVI
  • Video - Quick Time, Windows Media, Windows Media streaming
  • Flash

Other media formats can be supported by creating new object classes in the multimedia dialog.  These multimedia objects can then be customized with hyperlinks, page positioning and borders.
