Andrew Roberts
Founder & CEO
Andrew is founder and CEO of Ephox, an innovative software company making enterprise web content management systems easier and more productive. Andrew has been involved in starting technology companies for 13 years. After starting Ephox in Australia, Andrew migrated to the US, established sales and marketing operations and became CEO. As CEO Andrew has led Ephox to profitability, more than tripled sales and developed key strategic alliances with IBM, EMC, Vignette and others. Andrew holds a BS in computer science from the University of Queensland. Andrew is a member of the entrepreneurial committee of the Silicon Valley Association of Startup Entrepreneurs (SVASE) and has previously been a member of the board of directors of Software Engineering Australia. He was a winner of a Young Australian of the Year Award for science and technology.
Antony Awaida
VP Sales & Marketing
Antony is an entrepreneurial executive with more than 17 years experience in general management, sales, marketing and channels management. Antony is the founder of StartLeap, a sales and marketing advisory firm, and has been a featured speaker at industry events and his articles have been published by prominent magazines. Prior to StartLeap Antony was the founder and CEO of Xporta, VP of Worldwide Sales at Intellicorp and VP Sales at Envive (acquired by Keynote Systems). Antony began his career at Oracle where he was director of worldwide distributors. Antony holds an MS in Engineering from MIT.
William Roberts
Chief Operating Officer
William has over 25 years of experience in management consulting, corporate operations and business systems strategy. Prior to Ephox, William was a partner at Gibsons Group, business development manager at UniQuest, director at KPMG and director of strategic management consulting at Ernst & Young. William holds a bachelor of economics from the Australian National University.
Adrian Sutton
Chief Technology Officer
With a passion for technology and innovation, Adrian has lead the design and development of EditLive! and EditLive! for XML. His focus on developing high quality products and using the best available technology has helped ensure the best possible experience for users of Ephox products. Adrian holds a B IT with Advanced Studies in computer science and artificial intelligence from Griffith University.
Damien Fitzpatrick
Director, Product Management
As product management director at Ephox Damien has overseen the design, development and release of EditLive! for Java and EditLive! for XML. With his experience in software engineering, Damien's dedication to providing clients with real-world solutions has proven invaluable to the development of Ephox's world leading solutions. Damien holds a BE in software from the University of Queensland and is currently completing his MBA.
Brett Henderson
Director, Engineering
Brett has over 13 years experience in the IT industry as a software engineer and technical lead working with Oracle, Java/J2EE and Vignette. He has a diverse sector experience including Telecommunications, Government, Financial, Education, Manufacturing, Travel and Utilities and has worked with some of the leaders in these areas, including CNet, G.E Network Solutions and Toyota. Prior to Ephox, Brett has held engineering roles with Transcore, Mastech, Vignette, LogicalTech, and Med-E-Serv. Brett holds a BE in computer systems and a BS in computer science from James Cook University.
